These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CaricatureMe ("the App"), developed by Futuron Inc.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
CaricatureMe uses artificial intelligence to generate cartoon caricature illustrations from your photos. The App provides one free generation, after which a subscription is required for continued use.
AI-Generated Content
- Caricatures are generated by AI and may not perfectly represent your likeness
- Generated images are intended for entertainment purposes only
- You own the caricatures generated from your photos and may share them freely
- We are not responsible for how others perceive or use shared caricatures
- Do not use the App to generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Upload photos of others without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the App's source code
- Use automated systems to access the App or its services
- Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Futuron Inc. The caricature images you generate are yours to keep and share.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific generation quality, or perfect likeness preservation.
Limitation of Liability
Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
